The staff went above and beyond, providing a honeymoon package with romantic surprises like a dinner, massages, and a poolside floating love heart. The room was spacious and modern, with a beautiful bathroom that opened into the pool. a truly exceptional experience.

Breakfast system could be improved.

I had a wonderful stay at a beautiful villa in Legian. The room was kept really clean and was fine. I couldn't resist spending most of my time by the pool, enjoying the tranquility and indulging in some snacks. The staff were friendly and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The mosquito coils and incense kept the pesky mosquitos at bay, always a plus. I highly recommend this hotel for a clean and private getaway.

Spacious Private Pool: Our villa had a private pool that was so inviting, it made me feel like a mermaid in my own underwater paradise. It was the perfect spot to soak up the sun and cool off after a day of exploring the island.

Mosquitoes: A few pesky mosquitoes found their way into our villa, leading to a couple of annoying bites. However, the attentive staff quickly provided us with insect repellent to keep them at bay.

The villa we had was super private and quiet, which was perfect for our group of friends. The villa butler, Jun, was an absolute legend. Not only did he whip up some incredible food, but he also gave us awesome recommendations on things to do. His local knowledge was on point! We stayed at a few different places during our Bali trip, but S18 Bali Villas was by far the best. It had everything we needed for a lit vacation!

The only thing I wished for was a bit more party vibes around the hotel. Don't get me wrong, the tranquility and chill atmosphere were great, but as young party animals, we wanted to be in the middle of all the action.

The villa staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. the honeymoon package provided romantic bonuses like a complimentary dinner, double massage, and a mini wedding cake. the room was beautifully decorated with rose petals and origami swan towels. the location of the villa was quiet yet close to central Kuta and Legian. the staff, especially Sang Ade, were friendly and respectful, making us feel like royalty.

Felt extremely welcome, no reason to complain.

I absolutely loved the beautiful and modern design of the hotel. The interior of the villas was so luxurious and elegant, embodying the Balinese tradition. It was a perfect blend of comfort and style. The hotel's general areas were also very accessible for senior people like myself. I appreciated that there were no stairs to climb and that everything was conveniently located on the ground level. It made getting around and enjoying the amenities so much easier.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is more assistance from the staff. While the children working there were friendly, I would have appreciated more help with carrying my luggage or guiding me to my villa.

Difficult for taxi drivers to find.

The three-bedroom villa at S18 Bali Villas in Legian was absolutely amazing! The room was stunning, with a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. I felt right at home as soon as I walked in. The flat-screen TV and DVD player were an added bonus for a movie night with the family. It was the perfect space for a bigger family or group, like mine.

I personally didn't love the one feature of the villa, which was the flat-screen TV. It felt a bit small for my taste.

Our stay at the villa was very nice! We got great value for our money, with a spacious room and a beautiful private pool. The location was convenient, and the staff treated us like royalty.

Menu for breakfast could have been more diverse.

I stayed at S18 Bali Villas for a week and it was perfect for my city getaway. The room had a lovely scent of incense and the bathtub and shower were a nice touch. The king size bed was very comfortable and the surroundings were quiet and peaceful. I also enjoyed the private pool and the convenience of being close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The air conditioning kept me cool in the Bali heat and the daily room servicing was efficient. The complimentary afternoon cake was a nice surprise and the room service food was delicious and affordable. I highly recommend this villa.

Can't recommend this hotel highly enough.
